Commercial extraction machine sprays heated solution into the fabric, then vacuums it out under pressure. Dust mites, dander and stain residue come out with the water.
Mattress

Mattresses absorb sweat, skin cells, dust mites for years. Both sides extracted. Optional bedbug heat treatment on request.
Leather
Foam, condition, polish.
Leather sofas never get water extraction. Leather-safe foam cleaner, then conditioner to restore suppleness, then polish.

Upholstery specifics
How long does the sofa take to dry?
Fabric sofa: 4–8 hours with normal airflow. Mattress: 6–10 hours. We position fans during the job to speed drying. If you book in the morning, you can sit on it by evening. Leather is dry within an hour because no water is used.
Can you remove stains, or just freshen the fabric?
Both. Hot-water extraction lifts dirt and the chemical we use targets organic stains (sweat, oil, food, pet). Permanent stains like ink, dye transfer or anything age-set for years we lighten where possible but don't guarantee full removal. Tell us the stain history in the form so we manage expectations honestly.
Will the chemical damage my leather sofa?
No — leather doesn't get hot-water extraction. It gets a leather-safe foam cleaner, then conditioner to restore suppleness, then polish. Different chemical, different method, different price. Tell us it's leather in the form.
How often should I clean my sofa or mattress?
Sofa: every 12–18 months for households without pets, every 6–9 months with pets or kids. Mattress: every 12 months minimum. Sweat and dust mites accumulate faster than people think.
Can you treat dust mites and bedbugs?
Dust mites — yes, hot-water extraction flushes them out. Bedbugs need a separate heat treatment protocol; tell us in the form and we configure the right approach. Severe infestations may need pest-control as well; we'll be honest if that's the case.
What if my sofa fabric shrinks or fades?
It won't, because we test a hidden patch before treating the visible fabric. If the test patch shows colour bleed, we switch to a low-moisture method or recommend the manufacturer's care service. We don't gamble with your sofa.
