What customers say.

A few of our 4.8★ reviews from Singapore homeowners and businesses.

Petra Hornakova

"Absolutely fantastic floor scrubbing by Jia Kang. We assessed the apartment beforehand and he delivered beyond expectations — the colour of the water showed how much dirt was extracted."

Md Tahir

"The floor deep cleaning was especially well done. The tiles feel noticeably cleaner and much better after the service — professional and committed team."

Peter Cheng

"Sharif and Harun professionally handled the floor cleaning — vacuum, wash, dry and restore. They even hand-cleaned the edges and corners their equipment couldn't reach."

What you're paying for

Machine scrubbing scope, written out.

A walk-behind or ride-on industrial scrubber covers what mopping can't — consistent pressure, rotating brushes, simultaneous vacuum dry.

What we do
In scope
  • Site walk-through — identify surface type, problem zones, access constraints
  • Furniture / fixture moved or worked around — we map the path
  • Pre-sweep + vacuum — loose dust and grit removed before water hits the floor
  • Industrial scrubber pass — chemical injected, brushes rotated, vacuum dries in one pass
  • Chemical matched to surface — alkaline for grease, acidic for mineral, neutral for epoxy
  • Edge + corner detail — handheld scrubber gets where the machine can't
  • Grout-line attention — rotating brushes lift grime from tile grout joints
  • Rinse pass + dry extraction — no chemical residue left on the floor
  • Slip-grip restored — floor not glossy-slippery, dries to walkable
  • Equipment + chemicals — brought by us, included in the quote

How a machine scrub runs

Pre-sweep, scrub, rinse, dry.

The machine does the heavy lifting. Order and chemical match are what make the difference between a clean floor and a smeared one.

Pre-sweep + vacuum

Loose grit and dust removed first — if you skip this, the machine grinds it into the floor under the brush.

Chemical match

Alkaline degreaser for kitchen / F&B floors. Mild acidic for mineral build-up. Neutral for epoxy or sealed concrete. Wrong chemical strips coating or leaves haze.

Machine scrub pass

Brushes rotate, chemical injects, vacuum sucks dirty water back up — all in one pass. Edge tool gets corners. Hand-scrub at grout-junction lines if needed.

Rinse + dry extraction

Clean-water rinse pass to lift chemical residue. Vacuum dries the floor. Walkable within 30 minutes — not the 4-hour drip-dry of mop water.

Where machine scrubbing wins

Three floor types built for the scrubber.

Tile, vinyl, epoxy. Large areas. Ground-in grime that a mop just spreads around.

Industrial floor scrubber in action
Surface 01

Tile floors at scale.

Showroom, retail, restaurant, warehouse. Grout lines holding months of grime. Rotating brushes work them in a way a string mop never will.

Vinyl floor cleaning
Surface 02

Vinyl + PVC sheet.

Office, clinic, school. Vinyl traps shoe-scuff and lipid grime. Soft-bristle brush + neutral chemical lifts it without stripping the wear layer.

Epoxy floor scrubbing
Surface 03

Epoxy floors.

Warehouse, factory, gym, basement carpark. Tyre marks, oil stains, settled dust. Industrial scrubber with stiff-bristle pad lifts it all without scratching the epoxy.

When you need it
What's the minimum floor area you'll scrub by machine?
Roughly 1,500 sqft for the walk-behind scrubber to make sense — below that, hand-mop is faster. Smaller residential areas are better quoted under spring cleaning or post-reno.
Is it suitable for residential floors?
For very large homes (3,000+ sqft) with tile or vinyl, yes. Most HDB and condo units are below the scrubber's efficient range — we mop those manually inside a deep-clean booking.
Will it work on my surface?
Yes for tile (homogeneous, ceramic, porcelain), vinyl / PVC, epoxy, sealed concrete, terrazzo. No for marble or natural stone (use polishing instead), parquet / timber (use varnishing), unsealed natural concrete (can leave water marks).
During the job
Can you scrub after-hours / on weekends?
Yes — this is how most retail, F&B, and office clients run it. After-hours and PH work may carry a surcharge depending on day; we tell you upfront in the quote.
How long does the floor take to dry?
The scrubber's onboard vacuum dries as it passes — floor is walkable within 30 minutes. Full bone-dry: 1–5 minutes depending on humidity.
Will the chemicals damage my floor or coating?
No — we match chemical to surface. Wrong chemical on epoxy can strip the coating, wrong chemical on tile can etch the grout. Telling us the surface type upfront prevents that.
Recurring
Do you offer monthly or weekly contracts?
Yes — standard for commercial floors. Monthly contract gets a fixed rate. Weekly works for high-traffic sites (gyms, retail). We tailor the schedule and equipment to the site.
