How much does a deep cleaning service cost in Singapore?
The quote depends on square footage, condition and scope. Submit the form and we send a fixed quote within 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Do you charge extra for window tracks, skirting and cabinet edges?
No. Window tracks, skirting, cabinet edges, exhaust hood and oven trays are included in every deep-clean quote. This is the single biggest difference between us and most SG cleaners — they quote a base price, then add charges on the day.
What's included in the price — equipment, chemicals, manpower?
Equipment (machines, vacuums, scrubbers), chemicals (commercial-grade, pet-and-child-safe where stated), manpower (in-house trained cleaners, typically 2–4 depending on job size). All in the quote.
How are you different from a typical part-time cleaner?
A part-timer brings themselves and basic supplies. Window tracks, skirting, cabinet edges, hood deep-degrease, oven trays — not in scope. Our quote is higher because the scope is fundamentally different and we send a trained crew with industrial equipment.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Fixed price back within 5 minutes on weekdays. Weekend submissions get a quote first thing Monday morning.
Do you offer fixed prices or hourly rates?
Fixed prices, always. We quote the full job — never by the hour. This is how we guarantee no add-on charges at the door.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's the difference between spring cleaning and deep cleaning?
Spring cleaning is a top-to-bottom occupied-apartment clean — surface dust, edges, skirting, all rooms. Deep cleaning adds extractor hood degrease, oven trays, window tracks, cabinet tops — heavier buildup, takes longer.
Do I need post-renovation cleaning if my contractor already cleaned up?
Yes, almost always. Contractor "cleanup" usually means visible debris removed. Cement dust gets into aircon trunking, behind hinges, under skirting. Paint splatters on door frames. We brief the crew specifically for post-reno hidden zones.
Can you handle move-in / move-out cleaning in one visit?
Yes. Empty-unit clean: oven and hood degrease, cabinet interiors, all wet areas, full floors, ready-for-handover state. One crew, one visit, fixed price.
Do you clean both homes and offices?
Yes — Cleaning Services hub covers both residential and commercial. Office cleaning runs daytime or after-hours; we configure crew size to the floor area and frequency.
What's formaldehyde (VOC) removal and do I need it?
Formaldehyde is a VOC released by new furniture, paint, adhesives and renovation materials. If you've just renovated or moved into a new unit and notice eye irritation, headaches or the "new furniture" smell — yes, you likely need it. We use a Japanese-system treatment (photocatalyst + activated carbon).
Can you polish marble floors that have lost their shine?
Yes. Diamond-pad polishing system restores dull marble to high gloss. Includes crack filler for older surfaces. Usually one afternoon per room.
Do you do parquet varnishing and tile regrouting?
Yes. Parquet: sand + recoat (single-coat refresh or full multi-coat depending on damage). Regrouting: old grout removal + new grout application — common after long-term mould in wet areas or kitchens.
Can I bundle multiple services in one booking?
Yes — and it's the most efficient way to use OCD. Post-reno cleaning + formaldehyde removal + a touch-up paint can be one visit, one crew, one fixed price. Tell us all the work in the form; we quote the bundle.
Crew & quality
Are your cleaners in-house or freelancers?
In-house. We hire and train our own trained cleaners. Not freelance, not subcontracted, not a marketplace model. This is what lets us guarantee training standard, equipment standard, and scope delivery.
Are your cleaners trained and how?
Every crew member completes internal training before solo deployment — chemical handling, equipment operation, scope checklist, safe access. Refresher cycles on specialty services (marble, formaldehyde, regrouting).
Are you NEA-certified and BCA-licensed?
Yes — NEA-certified and BCA-licensed, both verifiable on the respective public registries.
What if I'm not satisfied with the clean — do you redo it?
Report it within 24 hours and we send the crew back to fix anything within the agreed scope — no fight, no fee.
Are you insured for damage to property?
Yes. Public liability insurance in place. Cover details available on request.

What's the minimum size apartment you'll service?
No fixed minimum. Studios and 1-bedrooms are quoted with the same scope as larger units, scaled to size.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 days for residential. Pre-CNY / pre-festive periods and weekends fill faster — book 2 weeks ahead for those.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes — weekends are our busiest period. Public holiday work may carry a surcharge depending on the day; we tell you in the quote.
How many cleaners come per job?
2–4 crew, scaled to job size. A 3-room HDB deep clean is usually 2; a post-reno 4-bedroom condo can be 4.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't have to be. Many clients hand over keys for move-out or post-reno jobs. We send before/after photos on request.
Equipment, chemicals & post-job
What equipment do you bring — and is it included in the quote?
Industrial vacuums, floor scrubbers, steam cleaners, extension poles for high reach, diamond-pad system (for marble), sanding gear (for parquet). All in the quote.
Are your chemicals safe for pets, babies and people with asthma?
We use commercial-grade chemicals, biodegradable formulations where possible. Tell us if you have pets, babies, or asthma — the crew will switch to the gentler product set.
What do I do if I find something missed after the crew leaves?
Take a photo and WhatsApp us within 24 hours. If it's in the agreed scope, we send the crew back. No fight, no fee.
Do you offer recurring (monthly) cleaning contracts?
Yes for office / commercial clients. For residential, most clients prefer quarterly deep cleans rather than monthly — we can do either. Recurring contracts get a fixed monthly rate.
