The unit must be empty — please clear personal belongings, boxes and anything inside cabinets before the session. We don’t guarantee 100% removal of pre-existing stains. Add-on services available: floor scrubbing, upholstery cleaning and curtain steaming.
Move-out specifics
Does the unit need to be completely empty for a move-out clean?
Ideally yes — that's how the scope is priced. If a few items are left (sofa, fridge, bed frame), we work around them but the area underneath won't be reachable. Tell us in the form what's still in the unit so we quote accurately.
Can you send before / after photos to the landlord or agent?
Yes — standard included. Crew takes photos before they start and after the job is done. Sent to your WhatsApp so you can forward them to the landlord, agent, or property manager for remote verification.
How long before my handover date should I book?
Book the clean to finish 24–48 hours before the agent inspection. That gives buffer if anything needs a touch-up. Most clients book us 5–7 days out. For Friday inspections, book by the previous Monday.
Do I need to be at the unit during the clean?
No. Hand over keys, send the address, we send photos when done. Many landlords and overseas tenants use this model. We coordinate access via WhatsApp.
What if the agent flags something after handover?
Take a photo, WhatsApp us within 24 hours of the inspection. If it's in our agreed scope, we go back and fix it. No additional fee for in-scope rework.
Do you do move-in cleans differently from move-out?
Same scope — the unit gets the full empty-unit treatment either way. Move-in clients sometimes add disinfection fog for peace of mind. Move-out clients sometimes add a touch-up paint pass. We bundle either in one booking.
