Post-Renovation Cleaning
Why do contractors need to do first-round chemical cleaning before professional post-reno cleaning?
Contractors are responsible for removing heavy debris, paint, grout haze, cement and adhesive residue. Our post-reno clean then removes the fine renovation dust, fingerprints and light dirt. If the heavy residue isn't cleared first, results suffer.
What's included in post-renovation cleaning?
Renovation dust removed from floors, skirting, windows and tracks, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, countertops, doors, switches, bathrooms, mirrors and glass, plus light dusting of fixtures and wall/ceiling wipe-down where applicable.
How long does post-renovation cleaning take?
Roughly: 1–2 bedroom condo or 3-room HDB, 3–4 hours; 4–5 room HDB, 4–7 hours; landed, site assessment. Heavy dust, extensive carpentry or large glass add time.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Most owners meet the crew at the start to give access and point out concerns; a final inspection can be done at handover.
When should I book post-renovation cleaning?
After all renovation works are complete — carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical, silicone, defect rectification and the contractor's first-round clean. Booking too early lets new dust re-settle.
Do you remove paint stains, grout haze and cement stains?
Minor marks and light residue may come off during cleaning. Heavy paint, grout haze, cement, silicone and restoration work need specialised treatment and may carry additional charges.
What if my renovation isn't finished on the scheduled date?
Tell us as early as possible so we can reschedule. Cleaning while works continue lowers quality because dust keeps being generated.
Do you provide the equipment and chemicals?
Yes — the crew arrives fully equipped. You don't need to prepare pails, brushes, vacuums or chemicals.
How many cleaners will be assigned?
Usually 2 for smaller homes, 3–4 or more for larger ones, scaled to the workload.
Why is there still dust after post-reno cleaning?
Renovation dust is extremely fine and can keep settling for days from aircon units, carpentry gaps, false ceilings and ventilation. It's normal; a maintenance clean after move-in clears the residual.
How much does post-renovation cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Do you provide a cleaning warranty?
If something within the agreed scope was missed, tell us within the feedback period and we'll review and rectify where applicable. Terms apply.
Is post-renovation cleaning safe for children and pets?
Yes — it removes fine dust and airborne particles. Let cleaned surfaces dry fully before children and pets use the area.
Can you clean high ceilings, feature walls and large glass?
Many high-reach areas yes, depending on access and safety. Exceptionally high ceilings may need special access equipment or extra manpower.
What's the difference between post-reno cleaning and regular house cleaning?
Post-reno is a specialised deep clean for new dust and construction residue; regular cleaning is routine maintenance for occupied homes. Reno dust takes more time, equipment and detail.
Can you clean while contractors are still working?
Not recommended — ongoing works keep generating dust and debris. Best results come after all works are done.
Why hire professionals instead of doing it myself?
Reno cleaning is far heavier than household cleaning — professionals have the equipment and manpower to clear fine dust from hard-to-reach carpentry, windows and surfaces.
Do you clean newly TOP condominiums?
Yes — new TOP units, newly handed-over and recently completed properties often carry construction dust and installation residue that need professional cleaning.
What should I do before the appointment?
Complete renovation works, ensure water and electricity, remove contractor tools and materials, finish defect rectification and confirm access.
What is not included in post-renovation cleaning?
Typically excluded: heavy cement deposits, paint stripping, silicone removal, acid washing, restoration, external façade and high-risk work-at-height cleaning.
Should I clean before furniture delivery?
Yes — clean the empty unit first so the crew can reach floors, walls, windows and carpentry without obstruction.
Can I move in immediately after?
Most owners do. If formaldehyde/VOC treatment is planned, complete that first before moving in.
Do you clean inside kitchen cabinets and wardrobes?
Yes — interior surfaces of new cabinets, wardrobes, drawers and built-in carpentry are cleaned of dust and fine particles.
Do you clean windows and window tracks?
Yes — glass, frames and tracks where safely accessible. Tracks are one of the most common dust traps after a renovation.
Do you provide post-reno cleaning for HDB, condos and landed?
Yes — HDB, executive apartments, condos, landed houses, commercial and offices, with scope and manpower customised to size.
Formaldehyde (VOC) Treatment
What is formaldehyde and why is it in new homes?
A colourless gas released from carpentry, plywood, cabinets, laminates, flooring, adhesives, paints and furniture. New renovations off-gas higher levels as materials continue releasing it after installation.
What are VOCs?
Volatile Organic Compounds — gases emitted from building materials, furnishings, paints and adhesives (formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, acetaldehyde). High levels affect indoor air quality.
Is formaldehyde harmful?
Elevated levels may cause eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches, dizziness, coughing and skin irritation. Children, elderly, pets and those with respiratory conditions are more sensitive.
How long does formaldehyde stay after renovation?
It can off-gas for months or years, depending on material quality, temperature, humidity, ventilation and how much carpentry is installed. Odours are usually strongest in the first few months.
Does opening windows remove formaldehyde?
Ventilation helps temporarily but doesn't stop the source materials from releasing more. Off-gassing continues while the materials remain.
When should I do a formaldehyde treatment?
After renovation is fully complete and post-reno cleaning is done — usually shortly before moving in.
How does the treatment work?
Specialised solutions are applied to carpentry, wardrobes, cabinets, shelving, furniture and walls to neutralise and reduce airborne and surface emissions, improving indoor air quality.
Is treatment necessary if there's no smell?
Possibly — formaldehyde and VOCs can be present with little odour. Air-quality testing is the most reliable check.
Can treatment remove all formaldehyde permanently?
No treatment stops all future off-gassing, but it significantly reduces existing contamination. Natural off-gassing also decreases as materials age.
Is formaldehyde treatment safe for children and pets?
The solutions are made for indoor residential use, but occupants, children and pets should avoid treated areas during application and the recommended ventilation period.
How do I know if my home has high formaldehyde?
Indicators include a strong new-furniture smell, chemical odours, eye irritation and headaches — but symptoms alone aren't reliable. Professional testing is the accurate way.
What's the difference between air purification and formaldehyde treatment?
Purifiers filter airborne particles while running; treatment targets emissions at the source on surfaces and materials. Many owners combine both.
Is formaldehyde treatment worth it after renovation?
Many owners choose it because new carpentry, furniture, laminates, paints and adhesives release VOCs — especially valuable for homes with children, elderly, pets or sensitive individuals.
How much does formaldehyde treatment cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Can formaldehyde affect babies and pets?
Yes — their developing or low-to-the-ground exposure makes them more sensitive, which is why many families treat before moving in.
How long should I wait before moving into a new home?
A common sequence: finish works, post-reno clean, formaldehyde/VOC treatment, ventilate thoroughly, then move in once air quality improves.
Does built-in carpentry release formaldehyde?
Yes — many use engineered wood (plywood, particle board, MDF, laminated boards) with formaldehyde-based resins.
Does air conditioning remove formaldehyde?
No — AC circulates air but doesn't remove formaldehyde at the source. Ventilation, purification and treatment are needed.
What's the difference between formaldehyde treatment and disinfection?
Treatment reduces formaldehyde/VOC emissions; disinfection reduces bacteria, viruses and microorganisms on surfaces. They address different concerns.
Why choose a professional VOC treatment service?
Targeted coverage of large surface areas and built-in carpentry, measurable reduction of VOC concentrations, and peace of mind before moving in.
Painting Services
How much does painting cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
What's included in your painting service?
Surface preparation, floor and furniture protection, filling of minor nail holes and hairline cracks, primer where needed, paint coats, basic touch-ups and site clean-up.
How many coats of paint will be applied?
Most projects need two coats for even coverage. More may be needed when covering dark colours, painting over stains or addressing uneven walls.
What paint brands do you use?
Reputable brands commonly used in Singapore such as Nippon Paint and Dulux, chosen to suit the property and finish.
How long does a painting project take?
Roughly 1–2 days for a 3–4 room HDB, 2–3 days for a 5-room, 1–3 days for a condo; landed needs a site assessment.
Should I paint before or after moving in?
Before is best — an empty home gives better coverage, faster completion and less risk of splashes on furniture.
Do you cover furniture and flooring before painting?
Yes — flooring, furniture, fixtures and carpentry are covered to minimise accidental splashes.
Can you paint over existing wall colours?
Yes. Big colour changes such as dark to white may need extra coats or primer for full coverage.
Do you repair wall cracks before painting?
Minor hairline cracks, nail holes and small dents are repaired as part of prep. Extensive damage, seepage or structural cracks may need separate rectification.
What's the best paint for HDB flats?
Depends on your needs — washable, low-odour, anti-bacterial, mould-resistant or low-VOC. We can recommend a suitable system.
What is low-VOC paint?
Paint with lower Volatile Organic Compound levels — less odour, better indoor air quality, suitable for families with children and pets.
How soon can I move back in after painting?
Once the paint has dried and the area is ventilated. Low-VOC and low-odour paints allow quicker occupancy.
How long does interior paint last?
Typically 5–10 years with proper application and maintenance, depending on prep, paint quality, humidity, sunlight and wear.
Can mouldy walls be painted?
Not directly — the mould must be treated and the root cause addressed first, or it returns under the new paint.
What causes paint to peel or bubble?
Moisture, water seepage, poor surface prep, low-quality paint or painting over dirty surfaces. Proper preparation is essential.
Do you paint HDB, condos and landed houses?
Yes — HDB, executive apartments, condos, landed, offices and commercial spaces, each customised to the property.
What colour should I choose?
Popular SG choices include warm white, off-white, beige, greige, light grey, sage green and soft blue, depending on room size, lighting and style.
Do you provide colour consultation?
Yes — guidance based on your design theme, lighting, room function and existing furnishings.
Why hire professional painters instead of DIY?
Proper prep, better coverage, faster completion, less mess and a more durable, consistent finish.
Tile Regrouting
What is tile regrouting?
Removing old, damaged, stained or mouldy grout between tiles and replacing it with new grout — restoring appearance, hygiene and water resistance in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and feature walls.
What are the signs my tiles need regrouting?
Black, cracked, missing, loose or discoloured grout lines, persistent staining or mould growth.
Why is my bathroom grout turning black?
Usually mould, mildew, moisture, soap scum and poor ventilation — bathrooms are humid, so grout is prone to staining over time.
Can mouldy grout be cleaned instead of regrouted?
Surface mould can sometimes be reduced by cleaning. If mould has penetrated deeply or the grout is porous and damaged, regrouting is the longer-term fix.
What's the difference between tile cleaning and regrouting?
Cleaning removes dirt and surface contaminants; regrouting removes and replaces the grout itself. Damaged or heavily stained grout won't restore by cleaning alone.
Can regrouting stop water seepage?
If the seepage is from deteriorated grout, it can help. Leaks from waterproofing failure, plumbing or structural defects need a proper assessment and possibly other repairs.
How long does regrouting take?
Most residential bathrooms are done within a day, with curing time before the area is used again.
How long does new grout last?
Many years with proper installation and maintenance, depending on cleaning habits, moisture, ventilation and use.
Do I need to replace tiles if the grout is damaged?
Usually not — in many cases the tiles are fine and only the grout has deteriorated. Regrouting refreshes the area without replacement.
Can you match the existing grout colour?
We offer common shades (white, light/dark grey, beige and more). Exact matching isn't always possible due to age and fading.
Is regrouting cheaper than replacing tiles?
Yes — generally much more cost-effective, avoiding demolition and replacement.
How much does regrouting cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Can regrouting improve old bathrooms?
Yes — replacing stained, mouldy or cracked grout dramatically refreshes a bathroom without a full renovation.
Is regrouting suitable for kitchen tiles?
Yes — kitchen grout stains from oils, grease and food; regrouting restores a cleaner look.
Can floor tiles be regrouted?
Yes — both wall and floor tiles, including bathroom, kitchen, balcony, service-yard and commercial floors.
Will regrouting remove mould permanently?
It removes contaminated grout, but mould can return if moisture, ventilation or leaks aren't addressed.
How soon can I use the bathroom after regrouting?
After the curing period, which depends on grout type, drying conditions and humidity. We advise on the day.
What causes grout to crack?
Ageing, moisture, structural movement, improper installation and daily wear. Cracked grout should be addressed promptly.
Can you regrout shower areas?
Yes — showers are among the most common regrouting areas due to constant water and humidity.
Why hire a professional regrouting company?
Specialised tools and proper removal technique give cleaner lines, a consistent finish, less tile damage and longer-lasting results.
Can regrouting fix water leaking to my neighbour below?
If deteriorated grout is letting water through, it may help — but an assessment is needed to confirm whether waterproofing repairs are also required.
Floor Deep Cleaning (Machine Scrubbing)
What is floor scrubbing?
A deep-clean process using machines, brushes and solutions to remove embedded dirt, stains, grease and grime from floor texture and grout — on tiles, vinyl, marble, parquet, timber and commercial flooring.
Why is my floor still dirty after mopping?
Mopping only lifts loose surface dirt. Grease, soap residue and embedded dirt build up in the surface and grout, leaving floors dull even after repeated mopping.
What's the difference between mopping and machine scrubbing?
Mopping cleans the surface layer; machine scrubbing uses mechanical agitation and brushes to extract dirt from the texture for a far deeper clean.
Can floor scrubbing remove black grout lines?
It removes dirt and grease that darken grout. Permanently stained, mould-infested or damaged grout may need regrouting instead.
What flooring can be machine scrubbed?
Ceramic, porcelain and homogeneous tiles, vinyl, outdoor tiled surfaces and commercial flooring — method chosen to the material and condition.
Is floor scrubbing safe for vinyl?
Yes, with the correct brushes, equipment and solutions. We assess first to choose the right approach.
Can it remove stubborn stains?
Many dirt, grease, soap and food stains improve significantly. Permanent stains, chemical damage or etching may not fully remove.
How often should floors be professionally scrubbed?
Homes every 6–12 months (every 6 with kids or pets), commercial every 3–6 months, high-traffic more often.
Can scrubbing restore the original colour of my tiles?
Often yes — tiles that look dull from years of dirt and residue can come up cleaner and brighter.
How long does floor scrubbing take?
Most homes are done within a few hours; larger homes and commercial spaces take longer.
Can it remove grease from kitchen floors?
Yes — kitchen floors accumulate grease and food residue that mopping can't fully remove; machine scrubbing deep-cleans them.
Is floor scrubbing suitable for newly renovated homes?
Yes — it removes construction dust, fine debris and residue, helping prepare the property for move-in.
Can it remove odours?
It removes dirt, grease and organic contaminants that cause odours, though some smells depend on the source and may need extra treatment.
How much does floor scrubbing cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Do I need floor scrubbing or floor polishing?
Scrubbing deep-cleans and removes buildup; polishing restores shine on certain materials. The right one depends on condition and the outcome you want.
Can it improve slip resistance?
Removing grease and residue can give better traction than a floor covered in buildup.
Do I need to move furniture first?
Smaller movable items should be cleared where possible; large furniture can be discussed at quotation.
Will scrubbing damage my tiles?
Done by trained crew with the right equipment and solutions, it's safe for suitable flooring — the method is matched to the floor.
Why hire a professional?
Commercial-grade equipment cleans deeper than household tools — cleaner grout, better hygiene and a longer-lasting finish.
Spring Cleaning (Occupied Home)
What is spring cleaning?
A comprehensive deep clean of areas often missed in routine housekeeping — accumulated dust, grease and grime from hard-to-reach spots. Common before festive seasons or for an annual refresh.
What's included in spring cleaning?
Detailed cleaning of bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, accessible windows and tracks, doors, accessible cabinets, ceiling fans, light fittings, switches and skirting.
Difference between regular cleaning and spring cleaning?
Regular cleaning is routine maintenance (sweep, mop, dust); spring cleaning is a much more detailed deep clean of hidden dirt and hard-to-reach surfaces.
How often should I do spring cleaning?
Often once a year or before CNY, Hari Raya or Deepavali, before moving in, after moving out or after major events. Homes with pets or children may benefit from more.
Can spring cleaning be done in an occupied home?
Yes — it's designed for occupied homes; the crew works around your furniture and belongings.
Do I need to move out during spring cleaning?
No — you can stay. Some leave temporarily for convenience but it isn't necessary.
Do you move furniture during spring cleaning?
Movable furniture is shifted where practical. Heavy, delicate, built-in or valuable items aren't moved for safety.
Do you clean inside cabinets and wardrobes?
Accessible interior surfaces can be cleaned where requested — please remove personal belongings beforehand.
Do you clean kitchen grease and cooking residue?
Yes — grease buildup, cooking residue, oil splatters and general grime on accessible kitchen surfaces.
Can spring cleaning remove stubborn stains?
Many household stains improve, but results depend on the stain type, surface, age and previous attempts. Permanent staining may not fully remove.
Do you clean ceiling fans and light fixtures?
Yes — accessible fans, fittings and high dust-collection areas are commonly included.
Do you clean windows and window tracks?
Yes — accessible interior windows, frames and tracks are typically included.
How long does spring cleaning take?
A 2-bedroom condo or 3-room HDB is usually about 3 hours with 2 cleaners; 4–5 room HDB takes 4–7 hours. Larger homes need more manpower and time.
How many cleaners will be assigned?
Usually 2–4, scaled to size and condition.
Do I need to provide equipment and chemicals?
No — the crew brings everything needed.
Is spring cleaning good before Chinese New Year?
Yes — one of the most popular pre-CNY services. Book early during peak festive periods.
Can spring cleaning reduce dust in my home?
Yes — it clears dust from high ledges, ceiling fans, window tracks, cabinet tops and hidden corners that routine cleaning misses.
Can it help with allergies?
Removing accumulated dust and contaminants can improve indoor cleanliness. Severe allergy sufferers should seek medical advice.
How much does spring cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
What areas are usually the dirtiest?
Kitchen cabinets, window tracks, ceiling fans, bathroom grout, behind furniture, under beds, skirting and high shelves — all key focus areas.
Why hire a professional?
Experience, equipment and manpower for a thorough deep clean of hard-to-reach areas — far more effective than a full-house DIY attempt.
My home looks clean — do I still need it?
Even tidy homes hide dust and grease in fans, tracks, cabinet tops and behind furniture that routine cleaning misses.
Move-in / Move-out Cleaning
What is move-in cleaning?
A deep clean before you move into a property — removing dust, dirt and residue left by previous occupants, contractors or renovation, ready for occupancy.
What is move-out cleaning?
A thorough clean before vacating, to restore the property to a clean, presentable condition for landlords, agents or new occupants — often to meet tenancy requirements.
What is end-of-tenancy (EOT) cleaning?
A detailed clean before returning a rented property to the landlord, preparing it for inspection and handover.
What's included in move-in / move-out cleaning?
Bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, windows and tracks, cabinets and wardrobes, doors, switches, mirrors and floors — scope varies with condition.
Do I need move-in cleaning for a newly purchased home?
Yes — even vacant units carry construction, renovation, viewing and storage dust. Clean before bringing in furniture.
Do I need move-out cleaning if I clean regularly?
Move-out cleaning is more detailed — window tracks, cabinet interiors, hard-to-reach corners, kitchen grease and bathroom scale, the level expected at handovers.
Will move-out cleaning help recover my deposit?
It presents the property cleanly for inspection, but deposit return depends on tenancy terms, condition, wear and any damage. Cleaning alone doesn't guarantee it.
How long does it take?
A 2-bedroom condo or 3-room HDB is usually 3–4 hours; 4–5 room HDB 4–7 hours. Larger homes need more time and manpower.
Can cleaning be done on the same day as moving?
For thorough results it's easier when the property is empty, so we don't recommend same-day-as-move.
Should I clean before or after moving furniture?
Move-in: clean before furniture delivery. Move-out: clean after everything is removed — both give full access.
Do you clean inside cabinets, drawers and wardrobes?
Yes — accessible interior surfaces are commonly included in move-in, move-out and EOT cleaning.
Do you clean kitchen appliances?
Accessible built-in appliances can be cleaned depending on scope — tell us in advance so we can arrange it.
Do you clean bathrooms thoroughly?
Yes — toilets, basins, shower screens, mirrors, tiles and fittings to remove dirt, water marks, soap residue and buildup.
Do you clean windows and window tracks?
Yes — accessible windows, frames and tracks are commonly included.
How much does move-in / move-out cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Is move-in cleaning different from post-renovation cleaning?
Yes — post-reno targets construction dust and debris; move-in prepares a property for occupancy. Newly renovated units may need both.
Do landlords require professional EOT cleaning?
Many tenancy agreements require the property returned clean — professional EOT cleaning is commonly arranged for inspection. Check your agreement.
Difference between EOT and spring cleaning?
Spring cleaning is for occupied homes; EOT is for vacant rentals being returned to landlords or prepared for new occupants.
Is move-in cleaning worth it?
Yes — you start in a clean home without inheriting dust, grease and residue from previous occupants, renovation or long vacancy.
Upholstery & Mattress Cleaning
What is upholstery deep cleaning?
A specialised process that removes dirt, dust, allergens, stains and bacteria trapped inside fabric furniture — sofas, mattresses, dining chairs, armchairs, headboards, benches, office chairs and carpets.
Why is upholstery deep cleaning important?
Furniture accumulates dust, food particles, sweat, skin flakes, pet hair, allergens and dust mites deep in the fabric that vacuuming alone can't remove.
How often should I deep clean my sofa?
Every 6–12 months for most homes, every 6 with children, every 3–6 with pets, more often in high-use settings.
How often should I deep clean my mattress?
Every 6–12 months; more often for allergy sufferers, homes with children or pets, and sensitive skin.
Difference between vacuuming and deep cleaning?
Vacuuming lifts surface dust; deep cleaning uses specialised equipment to extract contaminants from deep in the fibres.
Can upholstery cleaning remove dust mites?
It helps remove dust, dust-mite waste and allergens from fabric, contributing to a cleaner environment for allergy-affected homes.
Can it remove stains?
Many food, beverage, sweat and dirt stains improve significantly, depending on stain type, fabric, age and previous attempts. Some permanent stains may remain.
Can it remove pet odours?
It removes dirt, oils and organic contaminants that cause odours; severe cases may need additional treatment.
Is upholstery cleaning safe for children and pets?
Yes — methods suit residential environments. Let furniture dry fully before use.
How long does it take and how long to dry?
Most appointments finish within a few hours; sofas usually dry within several hours, depending on fabric, humidity, airflow and method. Good ventilation speeds drying.
Can all sofas be deep cleaned?
Most fabric sofas can — method depends on fabric, manufacturer recommendations and condition. A pre-clean assessment helps.
Can leather sofas be cleaned the same way?
No — leather needs specialised leather cleaning and conditioning, different from fabric upholstery.
Can it remove mould?
Surface mould may improve; extensive growth, water damage or deep contamination may need additional treatment or replacement.
Why does my sofa smell even though it looks clean?
Odours come from sweat, food residue, pet oils, moisture and bacteria trapped deep in the fabric — not visible but smelly. Deep cleaning addresses the source.
Can it improve allergies?
It removes dust and allergens from fabric; severe allergy sufferers should consult a healthcare professional.
How much does upholstery cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Do I need to clean a new mattress?
Even new mattresses pick up dust during manufacturing, storage, transport and installation — many owners deep clean periodically.
Why hire a professional?
Commercial-grade equipment cleans deeper than household tools — removing embedded dirt, reducing allergens and extending furniture life.
My sofa looks clean — does it still need deep cleaning?
Yes — dust, allergens, sweat, body oils and microscopic particles accumulate below the surface where vacuuming can't reach.
Will my sofa look brighter after cleaning?
Often yes — removing embedded dirt and oils improves appearance and freshness, though results depend on fabric, condition and age.

What is toilet chemical cleaning?
A specialised deep clean using professional solutions to remove stubborn stains, soap scum, limescale, hard-water deposits, mould and dirt from bathroom surfaces that routine scrubbing can't shift.
What's included?
Toilet bowl, floor and wall tiles, basin, shower screen, glass, taps and fittings, soap-scum and limescale removal and floor-trap cleaning — scope depends on the bathroom.
Difference from regular toilet cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains day-to-day cleanliness; chemical cleaning targets hard-water stains, soap scum, limescale, mould and embedded dirt, done periodically.
Why are my bathroom tiles turning yellow or brown?
Hard-water deposits, soap residue, mineral buildup, dirt and ageing surfaces. Chemical cleaning removes many of these.
Can it remove mould?
It removes surface mould, mildew and staining from accessible surfaces. Severe infestation or structural-moisture mould may need extra remediation.
Can it remove hard-water stains and soap scum?
Yes — among the most common issues treated, on tiles, glass, screens, taps and fittings.

Can it remove rust stains?
Many rust stains improve, depending on type, surface and duration. Some permanent staining may remain.
What is limescale?
A hard chalky deposit from minerals in water, building up on screens, taps, tiles, bowls and fittings. Chemical cleaning breaks it down.
How much does toilet chemical cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Can it help before renting out my property?
Yes — landlords often arrange it before handover; clean bathrooms strongly improve a rental's impression.
My toilet still looks dirty after scrubbing — why?
Mineral deposits, limescale, soap scum and embedded contamination resist normal household products. Specialised solutions break them down.
Do I need regrouting or chemical cleaning?
If grout is just dirty, stained or surface-mouldy, chemical cleaning may be enough; if cracked, missing or damaged, regrouting is more suitable. An assessment helps.
Why does my bathroom floor feel sticky after mopping?
Soap residue, body oils, cleaning-product buildup and trapped dirt. Chemical cleaning removes these for a cleaner, fresher surface.
Disinfection
What is disinfection misting?
Disinfectant solution dispersed as a fine mist to cover surfaces across a room or space — for homes, offices, retail, clinics, schools, childcare and commercial premises. Often combined with manual wipe-down.
What is wipe-down disinfection?
Manually applying disinfectant to frequently touched surfaces — door handles, switches, tables, desks, countertops, lift buttons, handrails and counters — for direct contact.
Difference between cleaning and disinfection?
Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfection reduces microorganisms on cleaned surfaces. They serve different purposes and are often done together.
Do I need cleaning before disinfection?
Yes — dirt and grease reduce disinfectant effectiveness, so cleaning is recommended first.
What areas can be disinfected?
Homes, offices, shops, clinics, childcare, warehouses, gyms, restaurants and commercial buildings, customised to the property.
Is misting enough on its own?
Misting distributes disinfectant widely, but high-touch surfaces benefit from manual wipe-down too. Many programmes combine both.
How long does it take and how often?
Most homes and offices are done within a few hours. Frequency depends on occupancy, traffic, activities and hygiene needs.
Can disinfection reduce germs on surfaces?
Yes — it's designed to reduce microorganisms on treated surfaces when applied per product instructions and guidelines.
Is disinfection suitable for offices and homes?
Yes — offices for shared and high-traffic spaces; homes after illness, before a newborn, after tenancy changes or renovation, or as routine hygiene.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Products are made for indoor use; occupants, children and pets should avoid treated areas during application and until the re-entry period passes.
Do I need to leave during disinfection?
Often occupants temporarily vacate the treatment area; the waiting period depends on the product and method.
Will it leave residue or remove odours?
Professional services minimise visible residue. Some bacterial or microbial odours improve, though odour removal depends on the source.
Can disinfection be done after renovation, move-out or illness?
Yes — commonly combined with post-reno or move-out cleaning, and arranged after illness as a hygiene measure.
How much does disinfection cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Why hire a professional disinfection company?
Specialised equipment, trained personnel and proper procedures ensure consistent coverage of high-touch surfaces.
Do you disinfect childcare centres and schools?
Yes — educational facilities, childcare, enrichment centres and learning environments.
Do you provide disinfection certificates?
Documentation may be provided on completion where applicable — discuss requirements at quotation.
Should I choose misting or wipe-down?
Both serve different purposes — misting for wide coverage, wipe-down for high-touch surfaces. Many choose a combination.
Is disinfection needed if my premises already look clean?
Yes — a surface can look clean yet carry invisible microorganisms. Cleaning and disinfection address different aspects of hygiene.
What are high-touch surfaces?
Areas touched frequently by many people — door handles, lift buttons, handrails, desks, keyboards, switches and shared equipment — prioritised during disinfection.
Marble Polishing
What is marble polishing?
A restoration process that restores the shine, smoothness and appearance of natural marble dulled, scratched, stained or worn by traffic, chemicals and use.
Why has my marble floor lost its shine?
Foot traffic, grit abrasion, cleaning-chemical residue, acidic spills, wear and improper cleaning gradually wear down the polished surface.
Difference from regular cleaning?
Cleaning removes surface dirt; polishing restores the marble surface itself — reducing dullness, light scratches and etching while restoring shine.
Can polishing restore the original shine?
Often significantly, depending on condition, age, existing damage and maintenance history.
Can it remove scratches and stains?
Light scratches and many surface stains improve. Deep scratches, chips, cracks and deeply penetrated stains may need additional restoration or may not fully remove.
How often should marble be polished?
Homes every 1–3 years; commercial areas more often. Regular maintenance preserves the finish.
Is polishing suitable for old marble floors?
Yes — many dull, worn or aged marble floors improve significantly through professional restoration.
What areas can be polished?
Flooring, walls, countertops, vanity tops, staircases and feature areas. A site assessment determines the treatment.
How long does it take and is it messy?
Most residential projects finish within a day; larger properties take longer. Equipment is designed to minimise disruption, with prep and clean-up included.
Can I walk on the floor afterwards?
Depends on the method — we provide drying-time and usage guidance after the service.
Will polishing make my floor slippery?
A properly polished surface isn't necessarily more slippery than a well-maintained marble floor; moisture, products and footwear affect it.
Can polishing remove etching, and what causes it?
Light etching often improves. Etching comes from acidic substances — lemon, vinegar, acidic cleaners, soft drinks and some chemicals reacting with the stone.
How do I maintain marble after polishing?
Use pH-neutral products, clean spills promptly, avoid acidic cleaners, use protective mats and schedule periodic professional maintenance.
Can damaged marble be restored without replacement?
Often yes — restoration improves dull, scratched, stained and worn marble far more cheaply than replacement. An assessment confirms suitability.
How much does marble polishing cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Why does one part of my floor look shinier than another?
Differences in traffic, wear, past repairs, sunlight or inconsistent maintenance. Polishing restores a uniform shine.
Why does my marble still look dull after mopping?
Mopping removes dirt but can't repair wear, scratches, etching or lost shine in the stone — polishing addresses the surface itself.
Is marble polishing worth it?
Yes — it restores appearance without the cost and disruption of replacing the stone, and extends its lifespan.
Parquet Varnishing
What is parquet varnishing?
Sanding the parquet surface and applying protective varnish coats to restore appearance and protect the wood from dullness, scratches, fading and wear.
Why does my parquet look dull?
Foot traffic, surface scratches, UV exposure, ageing varnish, grit abrasion and cleaning residue wear down the protective coating over time.
How do I know it needs varnishing?
Loss of shine, visible scratches, worn or uneven areas, fading, water marks or exposed wood signal the coating has deteriorated.
Can varnishing remove scratches?
Light to moderate surface scratches improve through sanding and varnishing. Deep gouges or missing wood may need repair first.
Can it restore old parquet floors?
Yes — many worn, faded or aged parquet floors revitalise through professional sanding and varnishing without full replacement.
How long does parquet varnish last?
Many years with proper care, depending on traffic, maintenance, occupancy and furniture protection — typically 5–10 years residential.
What does the process involve?
Floor assessment, surface prep, sanding, dust removal, varnish coats, then drying and curing — varying with floor condition.
Do you sand before varnishing?
In most restorations yes — sanding removes the worn layer, scratches, stains and old varnish for a smooth, uniform finish.
Is parquet varnishing messy and how long does it take?
Equipment minimises dust; most homes finish within a few days, with curing time before full use.
Can I walk on the floor after varnishing?
Light traffic after the recommended drying period; heavy furniture and full use only after the varnish has cured.
Does varnishing change the wood colour?
Some varnishes slightly enhance or deepen the natural colour and grain; final look depends on wood species, condition, varnish and finish.
What finish options are there?
Gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matte — chosen to your preference and maintenance needs.
Can water-damaged parquet be restored?
Minor water damage may improve; severe damage, warping or swelling may need repairs or replacement of affected sections.
Why is my parquet lifting or popping up?
Usually moisture intrusion, leaks, humidity, subfloor issues or age — the root cause should be fixed before restoration.
Is it cheaper to restore or replace parquet?
Restoring through sanding and varnishing is usually far more cost-effective than full replacement, and less disruptive.
How much does parquet varnishing cost?
It depends on size, condition and scope. Submit the form or WhatsApp us and we send a fixed quote in 5 minutes — no add-on charges at the door.
Water-based vs oil-based varnish?
Water-based has lower odour, faster drying and less yellowing; oil-based gives a richer tone and high durability but longer drying. The right choice depends on the floor and finish.
Why does my parquet still look dull after mopping?
Mopping removes dirt but can't restore worn varnish, scratches or wood deterioration — restoration addresses the flooring itself.
Can varnishing increase my home's value and appearance?
Well-maintained parquet creates a cleaner, more premium impression — many owners restore before selling, renting or moving in.
