Disinfection specifics
Is the disinfectant safe for kids, pets and people with asthma?
Yes — after ventilation. Active ingredient is NEA-approved and used in hospitals and childcare centres. We manage dwell time and air-out before re-entry; standard is 2–4 hours. For pet households we use a pet-friendly chemical option — tell us in the form.
How quickly can you come for an HFMD or COVID outbreak?
Confirmed outbreaks (HFMD case, COVID-positive household member, gastro in childcare) we dispatch same-day where the schedule allows. Standard non-outbreak bookings are 24–48 hour turnaround. WhatsApp us directly if urgent.
Do you provide a treatment certificate for schools or agents?
Yes — written treatment record on request. Lists area treated, chemical used, dwell time and date. Childcare centres, schools and insurance claims need this; most office and home clients don't.
How long does the disinfection effect last?
The chemical kills active pathogens at time of treatment. It doesn't create a permanent shield — new pathogens reintroduced after treatment (sick person returns, contaminated item brought in) start the cycle again. For high-risk environments we recommend a regular cleaning + monthly disinfection cycle.
Do I need a full deep clean before the disinfection?
If the space is visibly dusty or has organic soil (food residue, dander), yes — disinfectant works less well on dirty surfaces because the chemical binds to the dirt instead of the pathogen. We can bundle a spring clean + disinfection in one visit, or you can clean first and we disinfect after.
Will the fog damage electronics or furniture?
ULV fog uses very fine droplets at low volume — surfaces get a thin coating, not soaked. Electronics are unplugged and covered during treatment. Soft furnishings get a light mist that air-dries within an hour. No damage in standard residential or office use.
