How we started
Built from the customer complaints we kept hearing.
OCD was founded in 2018 after running into the same SG cleaning industry pattern: phone-quote one price, on-the-day charge another. Window tracks “separate”. Hood degrease “separate”. Skirting “separate”. The fix wasn't a better marketing line — it was bringing the crew in-house, fixing the scope on paper, and quoting the full job up front.
