Cement dust in aircon trunking, paint on hinges and skirting, silicone offcuts behind cabinet kicks. We brief the crew differently for reno jobs — not a standard spring-clean checklist.

A few of our 4.8★ reviews from Singapore homeowners and businesses.

Union Holdings Nightingale

"Joe and Sharif finished an 8-hour post-renovation cleaning and we couldn't be happier. Extremely meticulous — they shared before-and-after videos and even pointed out areas to raise with our contractor."

Vincent Loh

"Cleaning my newly renovated BTO — not a speck of dust left, windows and mirrors sparkled. After each section the team walked me through for inspection and only moved on once I was 100% satisfied."

Leslie Zhang

"Excellent post-renovation cleaning. Shariff and Harun removed all the renovation dust and left the place spotless and move-in ready. Highly recommended."

What you're paying for

Post-reno scope, written out.

Reno jobs need a different brief than spring-cleaning. Here's exactly what we do — and what we don't.

What we do

  • Door hinges + frames — paint splatter scraped, residue cleaned
  • Skirting + cornices — paint drips removed, full wipe
  • Window tracks + frames — cement grit cleared, wet-wiped
  • Silicone offcuts + adhesive — removed from glass, tile, counters
  • Cabinet interiors + kick plates — sawdust, debris vacuumed
  • Floors — full mop + machine scrub on tile / vinyl / epoxy
  • Wet areas — bathroom tile, screens, fixtures, full descale
  • Kitchen hood + oven trays — degreased
  • Glass — windows, mirrors, screens — cement residue removed
  • Light fittings + switches — dusted, wiped, residue cleared
  • Final mop + walkthrough — we don't leave footprints

How a post-reno job runs

The crew brief — reno-specific.

Four sequenced steps. Cement dust travels — the order matters or you spread it back onto surfaces you just cleaned.

Dry sweep + vacuum first

HEPA vacuum on all hard surfaces, then trunking, hinges, skirting. Dry dust is removed BEFORE any water touches anything — or it turns to cement paste.

Solvent + scrape pass

Paint splatter on hinges, frames, glass scraped off with blade + solvent. Silicone offcuts pulled. Adhesive residue dissolved.

Wet wipe-down + descale

Top-down: ceilings, walls, fittings, counters, cabinet interiors. Bathrooms get descaler on tile + screens. Window tracks wet-wiped.

Floor scrub + final walkthrough

Machine scrub on hard floors, full mop, then walkthrough. Crew checks every surface before sign-off. No footprints left behind.

Post-reno specialty

The zones contractors and most cleaners miss.

Three places cement dust always hides. We brief the crew specifically for each.

Post-renovation deep clean
Hidden zone 01

Aircon trunking + grilles.

Cement dust settles inside the trunking during reno. First time you switch on the aircon, it blows dust back into the room. We open, vacuum, wipe.

Door frame paint scrape
Hidden zone 02

Hinges + door frames.

Paint splatter, primer drips, adhesive smears. Scrape blade plus solvent. Reset to clean hardware.

Skirting and cabinet edge clean
Hidden zone 03

Skirting + cabinet kicks.

Silicone offcuts, sawdust, dust bunnies. Vacuumed first, then full wet-wipe. Cabinet interiors checked.

Your contractor or ID handles the first-round general clean (heavy debris, cement, paint and adhesive residue) before our team starts. Final scope and duration depend on the size and condition of the unit — share your floor plan or a short video for the most accurate fixed quote.
Add-on services

Two add-ons most reno clients book into the same visit.

Post-renovation cleaning is our core job — these pair with it on one crew, one visit, one fixed quote.

Add-on

Floor power scrubbing (machine)

Industrial rotary scrubbing lifts the cement film, grout haze and ground-in dust that mopping leaves behind on tile, vinyl and stone. See floor scrubbing ›

Add-on

Formaldehyde (VOC) treatment

New carpentry, paint and adhesives off-gas formaldehyde for weeks. We neutralise surfaces and air so the unit is safer to move into. See formaldehyde removal ›

Scope & timing
Do I need post-renovation cleaning if my contractor already swept up?
Yes, almost always. Contractor "cleanup" usually means visible debris bagged and removed. Cement dust gets into aircon trunking, behind hinges, under skirting, inside cabinet kicks. Paint splatter stays on door frames and glass. The first time you switch on the aircon, the dust blows back out. We brief the crew specifically for these hidden zones.
How long after renovation should I book the clean?
As soon as your contractor signs off and all wet trades (tiling, painting, silicone) are fully cured — typically 24–48 hours after the last wet job. Booking earlier risks re-soiling. Don't move furniture in first; clean the empty unit, then move in.
How long does a post-reno clean take?
2–3 room HDB: half a day with 2 crew. 4–5 room HDB or small condo: full day with 2–3 crew. Large condo or landed: 1–2 days with 3–4 crew. We confirm the time window in the quote.
Should I add formaldehyde removal at the same time?
If you've just installed new cabinetry, wardrobes, beds, or sofas — or used paint, adhesives, or composite-wood materials — yes. Renovation off-gas peaks in the first 4–8 weeks. Bundling formaldehyde removal with post-reno cleaning is one crew, one visit, one fixed price. More on formaldehyde ›
Logistics
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients hand over keys for post-reno jobs — the unit is usually empty anyway. We send before/after photos on request.
Do you remove construction rubble?
No. Rubble removal is your contractor's job. We start from a debris-cleared unit and handle the dust + residue layer.
What if I find something missed after the crew leaves?
Photo it and WhatsApp us within 24 hours. If it was in agreed scope, we send the crew back. No fight, no fee.

Fixed price. Five minutes. No add-ons at the door.
