Scope and duration depend on unit size and condition — a 3-room HDB is usually about 3 hours with 2 cleaners. Add-on services available: floor scrubbing, upholstery cleaning and curtain steaming. We don’t guarantee 100% removal of pre-existing stains.
Spring cleaning specifics
What's the difference between spring cleaning and deep cleaning?
Spring cleaning is a top-to-bottom occupied-apartment clean — surface dust, edges, skirting, all rooms, hood and oven, window tracks. Deep cleaning adds heavier scope when buildup is severe — extra time on grout, descaling toilets that haven't been scrubbed in years, soft furnishings. For most homes that get cleaned weekly, spring cleaning is what you want.
Do I need to clear my belongings before the crew comes?
No. Spring cleaning is designed for an occupied unit. The crew works around your things — surfaces wiped, behind furniture cleaned where accessible. We don't pack up your stuff or move heavy furniture. If you want under-the-sofa cleaned, slide it out before we arrive.
How long does a spring clean take?
3-room HDB: about 3 hours with 2 crew. 4–5-room HDB or small condo: 6–8 hours with 2–3 crew. Larger condo or landed: usually a full day with 3–4 crew. We schedule one full session, not split visits.
Are window tracks really included? Most cleaners charge extra.
Yes, included. Window tracks, skirting, cabinet edges, exhaust hood and oven trays are part of every spring clean quote — not add-ons. This is the single biggest difference between us and most SG cleaners.
How often should I book a spring clean?
Most clients book twice a year — once before CNY, once mid-year. If you have a regular part-time cleaner doing weekly maintenance, twice a year is enough. If not, quarterly is more realistic.
What if my place is in really bad shape — will spring cleaning be enough?
Send us photos when you submit the form. If buildup is heavy (grout black with mould, oven hasn't been touched in years, toilet scale visible), we'll either quote a deep clean scope or recommend a one-off chemical scrub for the worst areas first. We won't undersell scope — you'll only be unhappy with the result.
